Trois candidats ont remis une offre vendredi pour la construction et l'exploitation du futur stade du Heysel: Besix, BAM Group et Denys. Le groupe français Eiffage a abandonné la course, rapporte samedi L'Echo. Le Belge Besix dirige le consortium baptisé "BE-Stadion". Il a déjà décroché un contrat pour l'agrandissement du stade Constant Vanden Stock mais il veut aussi obtenir le marché pour l'autre scénario possible, à savoir la construction d'un nouveau stade national à l'emplacement actuel du parking C du Heysel. Ses rivaux pour ce marché sont le Néerlandais BAM Group, qui est associé notamment à Ghelamco, ainsi qu'un consortium réunissant le groupe de construction belge Denys, l'Espagnol FCC et le groupe d'investissement australien Macquarie. Le coût du projet a été estimé par Deloitte à plus de 300 millions d'euros. Le jury doit désigner le consortium retenu avant la fin de l'année.
